BETINA HRISTOVA
Founder | Property Management & Client Relations
Betina Hristova is the founder of Blue Ridge Estate Group. She leads the company’s vision, client relationships, and overall property management strategy, ensuring every home is managed with professionalism, transparency, and high standard of care.
Working closely with homeowners, Betina prioritizes clear communication and consistent guidance, helping owners make informed decisions about how property is cared for and used over time-whether supporting short-term rental use, ongoing maintenance planning, or future transitions.
As a local resident with deep knowledge of mountain and estate properties, Betina brings a relationship-driven approach build on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
In a separate role, Betina is also a licensed REALTOR® with Long & Foster Real Estate, where she assists clients with buying and selling real estate. All real estate brokerage services are provided exclusively through Long & Foster Real Estate and are separate from Blue Ridge Estate Group’s property management services.
TSVETOMIL HRISTOV (Tsetsi)
Director | Operations & Property Enhancements
Tsvetomil Hristov, known locally as “Tsetsi,” supports property operations and renovation planning for Blue Ridge Estate Group, bringing the expertise of a licensed contractor with extensive experience in renovations, repairs, and long-term property improvements.
His work emphasizes sound construction practices, quality craftsmanship, and practical planning-ensuring homes remain functional, durable, and well-maintained in demanding mountain and resort environments.
From routine maintenance coordination to larger renovation and improvement projects, Tsetsi provides hands-on oversight and execution, helping ensure work is completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Renovation and improvement work is performed through his separately licensed contracting company and coordinated as part of Blue Ridge Estate Group’s property management services.
